Winter Wonderland Between Three Top Ski Areas

Even in winter, our house is an absolute top location. We are located right in the middle of three world-famous ski areas:

The cozy Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. You can drive there in about 15 minutes by car, but you can also take the ski bus. It stops right around the corner from us, about 50 meters away. You'll have popped into the bakery to grab some fresh rolls (they also offer a delivery service). 

Want to cover more miles in the snow? The huge KitzSki network of the Kitzbüheler Alps is also easily accessible. You can hop on the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach or Pass Thurn). 

Whether you want to hit the slopes yourself or choose to explore the tens of kilometers of beautifully cleared winter hiking trails around the house; winter fun is guaranteed for everyone.

Dogs are welcome everywhere!

You don't have to leave your faithful four-legged friend at home when you head into the mountains. In the ski areas around our house, your dog is a welcome guest. With a muzzle and on a leash, the dog is allowed to join you in the large gondolas and ski lifts! Enjoying the glittering snow landscape at high altitude together is an experience you'll never forget.

After an active day on the trails, in the snow or on the mountain paths, you and your dog can cozy up together in our comfortable house. Here, your dog is not just a 'permitted pet', but a very welcome guest!
