Endless sniffing and walking, dogs more than welcome in Pinzgau!

Are you looking for a holiday filled with peace, space, and action together with your dog? Our comfortable holiday home in Niedernsill is the ultimate starting point for active owners and their four-legged friends. Although we don't have a fenced garden, you can literally step out of our door and directly into nature.

Our house is located right on the famous Tauernradweg. This beautiful, mostly flat path along the Salzach River is not only a dream for cyclists but also perfect for long, relaxed walks with your dog. Additionally, Niedernsill borders the breathtaking National Park Hohe Tauern. Whether you choose a flat route along the water or a challenging hike to a mountain peak in Pinzgau, the entire active Alpine world is at your feet from our front door.

Golf enthusiasts?

At Golf Nationalpark Hohe Tauern in Mittersil with 18 holes, you can even bring your dog (of course on a leash) onto the course. In Zell am See, there's also the beautifully located 36-hole golf course, a challenging layout. If you fancy a longer drive, Kitzbühel offers three stunning golf courses.

Winter wonderland between three top ski areas

Our house is also an absolute top location in winter as we are situated precisely between three world-renowned ski areas:

The cozy Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the snow-sure glacier of Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. You can drive there in about 15 minutes, but you can also take the ski bus that stops just around the corner, about 50 meters from us. You might have even popped to the bakery for fresh rolls on your way (they also offer a delivery service).

Looking to cover more miles in the snow? The massive KitzSki network of the Kitzbüheler Alpen is also easily accessible. You can hop on at the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach or Pass Thurn.

Whether you hit the slopes yourself or opt for the dozens of kilometers of beautifully cleared winter hiking trails around the house, winter fun is guaranteed for everyone.

Your dog can come everywhere!

You don't have to leave your faithful four-legged friend at home when you head into the mountains. In the ski areas surrounding our house, your dog is a welcome guest. With a muzzle and on a leash, dogs are allowed in the large gondolas and ski lifts! Enjoying the sparkling snow landscape at high altitudes together is an unforgettable experience.

After an active day on the trails, in the snow, or on the mountain paths, you can both cozy up and warm up in our comfortable house. Here, your dog is not just a "pet allowed," but a very welcome guest!
