Come and enjoy in summer, but also in spring and autumn!

There is so much to tell about the area that we can never be fully comprehensive. Do you fancy swimming and sunbathing? Then you can simply head to the Badesee in Niedernsill. All facilities were completely renewed in 2024, so the complex now has beautiful changing and shower rooms. There is a nice restaurant with a beautiful terrace where it's great to relax. Around the Badesee are large sunbathing meadows where you have plenty of space. Ideal if you're on holiday with children. It's just a 5-minute walk from us, so you can leave your four-legged friend at home if necessary and pop back to see him in between. Be sure to check out our house rules about this!

Of course, you can also take various trips in the area or further away. In Zell am See, you will find a large lake where various water sports can be enjoyed. If you're here, go to the Tourismusverband on our corner and get informed about everything there is to do in the area but also in Niedernsill itself. You'll also find various information in our holiday home, but not nearly all of it.
